01

A crawl appears frozen

Check its current stage. Persistence can take several minutes on a large snapshot after the fetch counter stops. If the state fails, preserve the displayed reason and use the offered retry instead of creating several duplicate crawls.

02

A report is empty or older than expected

Confirm the active site, crawl, segment, filters, date range, and integration timestamp. Empty can mean no matching evidence, not necessarily a broken page.

03

A provider tool is visible but cannot run

Public workflow details may remain visible so a team can evaluate the output. Execution follows plan and add-on capability. The locked state should identify the required access without spending a provider credit.

04

The crawler receives many 403 responses

A host or CDN may rate limit the crawl after a burst of requests. Spot-check the URL, review the crawl log, reduce concurrency, and authorize the crawler when you control the site. A browser success does not automatically invalidate the observed crawler block.
