Pick the deliverable before the model
Each workflow defines a specialist lens, method, required sections, known failure modes, and output contract. Start with the artifact you need, such as a brief, analysis, campaign draft, editorial plan, or visual direction.
Choose site context explicitly
No site context keeps the run brief-only. Selecting a project can add relevant audit, issue, page, ranking, backlink, AI visibility, and Search Console evidence. The system should never attach the first workspace site silently.
Distinguish facts from recommendations
Measured claims should point to supplied source URLs. Uncited statements are proposals, drafts, or inferences. Review names, dates, numbers, rights, and claims before delivery.
Save the usable artifact
Keep the final output with its brief, source context, and review notes. Visual work should also record crop, text, brand, rights, and accessibility checks.
