Filter, sort, share, and export reports

Deliver the right evidence without losing active filters or crawl context.

Narrow the dataset before exporting

Use URL, status, severity, country, device, segment, and report-specific filters to create the working set. Pagination preserves active filters, while column headers control sort order.

Choose the delivery format

CSV is the normal working file. The spreadsheet and bundle downloads carry several reports. Print produces a clean handoff view. Copy for AI creates Markdown with the report context so another assistant receives the headings and rows in a readable structure.

Share reproducible context

A report link should identify the saved crawl and active view. Before sending it, confirm that the recipient has workspace access and that the filter describes the intended subset.
