The guided route takes a workspace through its details, first site, Google connections, first audit, first fix, monitoring choices, a verification schedule, and email preferences. It is a guide, not a gate. The rest of the app stays available even when some steps are unfinished.
Progress follows real workspace state
A step completes when the matching site, connection, audit, or monitoring record exists. The page does not rely on a cosmetic checkbox. This makes the progress bar trustworthy after another teammate finishes work elsewhere in the app.
- Skip one step when it is not relevant.
- Skip the complete route when you already know the product.
- Restore a skipped step from the setup page when priorities change.
Finish with verification
After the baseline audit, place one clear finding in the Fix Workspace. Define the expected result, make the change, and schedule the next crawl. That final stage turns onboarding into a working quality process instead of a tour of menus.
