Navigate reports and use keyboard shortcuts

Keep site and crawl context visible

The report context bar identifies the active site and saved crawl. Use it to change the comparison crawl or apply a saved segment. Check this bar before sharing a screenshot or export, especially when several audits are open in different tabs.

Use the command palette

Press Ctrl and K on Windows, or Command and K on macOS, to search pages, sites, reports, and SEO Toolkit workflows. Results respect account permissions, so staff-only destinations never appear for regular members.

• Use the left and right arrow keys to step through audit reports.
• Ctrl click or middle click opens a second report for side-by-side comparison.
• Table sort order is remembered in the current browser.

Choose a personal display

Theme and density settings live in the account menu and apply to the individual user. Capture mode temporarily removes sticky and floating interface elements so a full-page screenshot follows the real document flow.
